Download music/movies with FrostWire
Run FrostWire and switch to the search tab to search audio/video files. Double click on the file to download from the files list in the right window.
Add FrostWire files to iTunes
Open iTunes, and go to File-->add file to library-->navigate to where Frostwire saves the files you download-->click the song you want and click "open". Now you could find the individual files in iTunes.
Transfer FrostWire files to iPod/iPhone
Connect your iPod or iPhone to iTunes via the USB cable, click Sync option, you can synchronize the downloaded files in iTunes library with your iPod/iPhone.
